Your GVR (Green Valley Rec) dues are used to maintain the numerous Green Valley facilities such as tennis courts, swimming pools, exercise rooms and club facilities.
Q:When are dues invoices sent out and when is payment due?
A: Both your GVR dues and your HOA dues are normally mailed out in late December. The HOA dues are due by the end of January.

Q: Where and when are board meetings held?
A: Monthly HOA board meetings are usually held at the home of one of your HOA officers. The date/time/place of the next scheduled meeting will always be displayed on the Home tab of this website. No regularly scheduled monthly meetings are held in June, July or August. Annual meetings are held each February in a GVR facility and an announcement is always included with your annual dues invoice mailed in December.
Q: If I have guests, can they attend HOA events?
A: Yes, in general your guests are welcome at HOA events. But it is best to check with a board member in advance.
Q: I would like to volunteer, who do I contact?
A: Volunteers are ALWAYS needed and appreciated, either to help with a HOA function or to serve on your board. Contact any board member.
Q: Do I have termite protection?
A: The HOA has an established contract for termite inspection with Terminix Company for a no cost annual inspection for the homeowner. This is an inspection of the exterior only and does not include treatment. A no cost interior inspection can be scheduled by appointment by calling Terminix at 520-882-7250. The SIGE Customer number is 3278409. Normally the inspector will check all home exteriors and leave a note of the findings for the homeowner. These inspections are typically performed annually between August and October.
Q: What days are trash picked up in San Ignacio Golf Estates?
A: Trash is picked up weekly on Monday and Thursday. Recyclables are picked up only on Thursday. The following are considered vacation days for Republic Services – New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas . When one of those holidays occurs during a week, the service following that holiday will occur one day later.
Q: What are the rules regarding dogs within the SIGE HOA?
Answer: Dogs are allowed to run loose in enclosed yards and patios or at designated dog parks. If you are walking your dog outside these locations , it must be leashed and under control and you must pick up any dog refuse and discard it into an appropriate receptacle. Rules covering dogs are covered by the SIGE HOA CC&Rs as well as by Pima County Statutes – Pima County Title 6, Chapter 6.04 and 6.08. Owners who allow their dogs to run loose are subject to county fines.
